Khawar has advised on many judicial review matters concerning the Home Office, the FSA and the Serious Fraud Office amongst others and was counsel to the Home Secretary in the 'Natwest 3' and 'Ian Norris; extradition cases.

Jeremy, who was one of the assessors to the Jackson Review of Civil Litigation Costs, will look at the range of funding options if the Jackson recommendations are implemented. He will consider the advice that solicitors will have to give to their clients on funding. |
